I'm at work and it's late, so I'm not gonna make this real long. Basically, I'm doing a 30-day Paleo Diet Challenge - Nothing but sticking to the Paleo Diet for 30 days.
What I ate today:
Breakfast
- Ham
- Fruit
(everything from 7-11)
Snack
- Almonds
- Orange
Lunch
Salad from Chipotle with:
- Lettuce
- Chicken
- Peppers and Onions
- Tomatoes
- Medium and Hot salsa
- Guacamole
Snack
- Almonds
- Orange
Dinner
- Chicken
- Green beans
(eaten at the firehouse)
Lacking lots of protein, but that's because I need to go food shopping and I bought a lot of this while out and about. I'll do my shopping on Saturday.
