Another day at home, another day of controlled eating. Let's see how it works out!
Breakfast

- Habanero pepper
- Onions
- Strawberries
- Grapes
Before lunch, I had a dentist appointment that left the right side of my mouth quite sore. Had to eat everything on the left side of my mouth. :)
Lunch
- Beef patty w/ reduced sugar ketchup
- Banana
- Grapes
- Almonds
Dinner
- Ground beef w/
- Onions
- Habanero pepper
- Red and green peppers
- Cilantro
- Grapes
