Working today...Fran KILLED me yesterday! I didn't get to eat my chipotle until way after the workout was done. Fortunately, I bought some lemons, limes and Agave nectar to make the little post-workout concoction Judd has. Hopefully it will do some good!

The guys were having tacos for dinner tonight...had to make due and leave out the tortilla, cheese and sauce.
