So today was another day of eating on the run. I had my driving class today for work, and I was coming from station 15. I think I did the best with what I had to work with (time, local restaurants, etc.)
Breakfast
- Two sausage patties and two egg patties from two Panera Sausage and Egg sandwiches
- Grapes, strawberries and pineapple from 7-11
- Banana from 7-11
Lunch
- Grilled chicken, two tomato slices and some lettuce from a Burger King sandwich
Dinner
- Lean hamburger patty w/ reduced sugar ketchup
Salad from home with:
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Red/green peppers
Dinner
Breakfast for dinner!
- Two eggs
- Jalapeno Chicken Sausage
- Apple
