Wow...the last day! I will be writing a full entry on what I've learned throughout these past 30 days (a lot!). But until then, here's what I ate.
Breakfast
- 2 eggs
- 1 turkey burger mixed into the eggs
- Reduced sugar ketchup
- Apple
- Grapefruit
Lunch
- Chicken
Mixed veggies:
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Onions
- Red peppers
- Sugar snap peas
- Water chestnuts
- Lime/chili cashews
- Orange
Snack
- Banana
Dinner
- Two turkey burgers (4 oz. total)
- Mixed veggies as listed above
- Grapes
- Lime/chili cashews
Snack
- Tangerine
