Coming off of working yesterday evening and having to work today for 24 hours, I've had to eat out for all my meals. Definitely not ideal, but I'm doing my best to make it work.
Breakfast
- Two sausage patties and two egg patties from a 7-11 breakfast sandwich (I patted down the sausage patties to soak up some of the grease)
- Banana
- Grapes
Post-workout snack
- A few pineapple chunks
Lunch
Chipotle
- Double Chicken
- Grilled peppers/onions
- Lettuce
- Tomato salsa
- Green pepper salsa
- Hot red salsa
- Guacamole
(In the future, I probably don't need to get double chicken AND guac)
- A few pineapple chunks
Snack
- Two hamburger patties and a little mustard
- Apple
Dinner
- Chicken stir fry with various veggies
(The whole thing was drenched in soy sauce...I doubt this was a very paleo meal. Oh well)
- The rest of the pineapple chunks
