Paleo Challenge - Day 21

Not a bad day of eating...getting stuck in terrible traffic coming home from chess club influenced me to stop at Qdoba. I SO badly wanted their queso burrito, but I was good and got the equivalent of a chipotle steak salad. Soon...burritos will be mine!

Breakfast
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- Chicken Jalapeno Sausage
- Pineapple
- Orange

Lunch
- Lean beef burger with reduced sugar ketchup
Mixed veggies:
- Broccoli
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Carrots
- Lemon/Lime Cashews

Snack
- Apple
- Orange
- Lemon/Lime Cashews

Dinner
Qdoba steak salad:
- Steak
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Grilled peppers and onions (I think there were onions)
- Hot and extra hot sauce
- Guacamole
- Lemon/Lime Cashews
I probably didn't need to eat any more cashews, but they're SO good!
