Breakfast
- eggs with cheddar cheese
- mixed berries

Snack
- Almonds and Macadamia nuts

Lunch
- Beef burgers
- Mixed veggies w/peppers, onions, water chestnuts, broccoli

Dinner
- Spinach
- Chicken breasts w/cheddar cheese

Snack
- 2% milk w/protein powder
